The school follows the annual calendar of the Department of Education. The school session begins in April and closes in March except for the playgroup (Ages 2+) classes for which admissions take place round the year. Summer vacation is usually in the months of May and June. Short breaks are provided around Dussehra, Diwali, Christmas and New Year. Dates for vacations vary each year and must be verified from the school almanac. Gazetted holidays are followed as per Government rules. The school takes special care in the selection of books that support our educational philosophy and simultaneously equip our students to be at par with desirable scholarly levels. Text books and recommended readings are available from the school. Stationery kits are available for Nursery and Kindergarten students and placed in the responsibility of the respective class teachers.
We encourage a sense of equality and to that end school uniforms, warm clothing, school bags, notebooks etc. are provided by the school which are outsourced and paid for by the students on actuals basis.
The school with its own conveyance facilities has a reliable arrangement with contractors also who provide transport to pick children form near their homes and drop them at the same point at the end of the school day. Transportation is provided to students on official request.
