AVM has a rolling admission procedure. You need to submit the Registration Form and Registration Fees along with necessary documents to the Admission Office. After completion of the registration, an interview with the Principal / Admissions Committee will be scheduled based on the outcome of which admission decision is made by the school.
Step 1 : Registration
Remit the registration amount at the School Office. Upon receipt of the registration fee, the prospectus containing the Admission Form will be issued to you, and an interview will be scheduled.
Step 2: Admission Form Submission
Complete and return the Admission Form along with the required documents.
Step 3 : School Visit & Interaction with the Academic Co-ordinator
After submitting the Admission Form, schedule a visit to the School and interact with the Academic Co-ordinator.
Step 4: Interview & Assessment Test
An interview with the Academic Coordinators is to be attended by the prospective
candidate along with his/her parents/guardians. A written and oral test maybe given to the
student according to the grade applied for.
Step 5 : Admission
On receiving further communication, parents are required to remit all necessary fees along
with the required documents to ensure the students admission at AVM Public School.
Note: The Admissions Committee reserves the right to select the candidates, based on their performance in the test, interview and their aptitude, personality, intelligence and other capabilities. The decision of the Admissions Committee will be final and binding in all cases. If a candidate fails to appear in the admission test/interview his/her registration will lapse.
Once the candidate is selected, he/she is required to fulfil all the formalities and pay the necessary fees within 15 days of selection. If he/she fails to do so, the school is free to offer the seat to another candidate.
The school, however, reserves the right to decide the class in which a child, upon admission, may be placed. The principal does not bind himself/herself to furnish any reason for the rejection of any application for admission. A child joining from any other school must carry his/her Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school with the Birth Certificate.
